Beautiful weather here in Colorado! It's a good thing too. I am a very poor driver, but today I acted like an adult and drove myself ninety miles roundtrip to do an interview for an upcoming Handwoven. You'll have to read My Space in our May/June issue to find out more, but I guarantee that it will "crackle" you up! (Okay, if you really want to know, I posted her name on facebook.)
The exciting news I want to tell you right now is that in a few days, we will open our Guest blog. Our first invited blogger is Su Butler who writes about her decades of weaving. She shares exciting photos of her work that are sure to inspire. It's days like this, when I get to work with such accomplished and generous weavers that I say to myself, "I love us." Us is all of you who are part of this wonderful warped world of weaving. Whether you are a color/texture person (like me) or a structure/pattern person, don't you think this is an incredible thing that we have in our lives?
Have a great weekend and stay warped! (and check back on Sunday to read Su's blog!)
