crooked scarf

I just completed a second scarf using the same material (wool and acrylic blend)with the  same length, width, sett; the same everything on a ridgid heddle loom.  The first scarf came out beatuifully, straight and even.  The second came out significantly crooked!  As a new weaver, I have no idea what went wrong since I feel like I did everything the same.  Thanks for any help.

This happened to me when the tie-on sticks or the warp sticks were crooked in relation to the warp/cloth beam.  Usually when they are the continuous loop type, not the kind with two or three individual anchors to the beam.  You didn't say whether these were separate warps on the second scarf on the same warp...
