Has anyone ever tried weaving a double width rag rug? I have a 40" Macomber jack loom and I'm a little bit concerned about the bulk and whether or not I can achieve an adequate shed. I'm experienced in both doublewidth and rag weaving although I usually use a temple with rugs. The more I think about this the more potential problems I think of. On the other hand, the possibilities intrigue me.
