Help please.....any suggestions appreciated. I have just acquired a 30" 4-harness Norwood loom. No rust, beater not warped, all four harnesses are straight--no warping...but I cannot get the harnesses to come back to rest after depressing the treadles. They stay popped up. They easily go back down with my hand but I cannot keep doing that when I start to weave. There are heddles on the harnesses. It is not warped yet so this is not a twisted thread problem. What do I do? Wuxiteen
