Hochdorf Broadband weave pattern?

Hey all,

I know this is a long stretch, but does anyone have (or know of anyone) the pattern for the Hochdorf broadband weave.

I have spent many many months searching the interwebs for it but to no avail.

This is the weave in question (the yellow and blue band)

I know that some of the information is in Hochdorf IV. Stuttgart 1999 by Johanna Banck-Burgess, but finding a copy of this is like finding hens teeth.
