These colorful patterned bands designed by Susan J. Foulkes are like those woven by the Sámi people. The bands would make great bookmarks, embellishments, or any other number of things. These instructions are for weaving them on an inkle loom. There are instructions for weaving them with a SUNNA rigid heddle in the March/April 2013 issue of Handwoven

Please don't write that these bands are DESIGNED by Susan J. Foulkes.

We take great pride in our traditional and cultural heritage, and we want to protect it.

You can of course use the patterns in any form you want, as we do, but

please call it sami patterned bands.

Beside of that, - you have a lot of beautiful products!
